Please note that there has now been one confirmed case of COVID-19 with a tenant in the Tower. It is important to stress that everyone who has come into contact with this person has been tested and all have come back negative. The area where the individual was working has been sterilised and, as mentioned in my post below, the building public areas were also sterilised this past weekend.
I want to stress at this time that no further action is being requested by the Ministry of Health with relation to the building, and this should have zero impact on operations. All protocols and guidelines from the Ministry were followed. We are in unique times, and it is important to remain calm and measured. As time goes on we can expect that people we know/work with will be affected in one way or another with this Novel Coronavirus. Our reaction and how we treat these situations is important for stability and the safety of all.
