There have been some more posts being shared around claiming to relate to Almoayyed Tower.
I want to reiterate that any news or information pertaining to your tenancy in any capacity will be shared with you, our tenants, directly.
Any news claiming to give information about the Tower should be treated with scepticism and not shared/spread further.
I’m sure by now you have seen the new directive regarding the wearing of face masks in public & workplaces, but I wanted to post clarifying where we see this applying to the building.
The guidance (below) clearly shows that you should be wearing your mask when in malls, stores, public places and workplaces. The entire Almoayyed Tower building, car park and outside area is therefore included in this directive.
You should inform all of your staff and visitors that they are required to wear a facemask before entering the property.
Notices have been placed in the mall and the reception since 9th April 2020 reminding people to wear them.
Anyone not wearing a facemask may be subject to an on-the-spot fine of BD5 for each offence by the relevant authorities (source).
Please ensure your teams are aware of this directive and follow the guidelines for the safety of themselves and everyone around them.
With the newest guidance issued by the Leadership of the Kingdom of Bahrain, we are pleased to inform you that we are relaxing our visitor policy in line with their recommendations.
We will be once again permitting your visitors to enter the Tower by obtaining a visitor pass at reception, as usual, effective 7pm Thursday 9th April 2020.
To maintain social distancing, we will be continuing with the policy set out on 18th March 2020 (see below):
1. No food delivery personnel (incl. Tower Mall Retail Units) will be granted an access card to the Tower. The food delivery person will be asked to call you to come down and collect it.
2. No courier services will be granted an access card to the Tower. You must also come down to receive packages/letters.
3. All personnel (staff and visitors) entering the main Tower reception will be tested for with a contactless thermometer.
I want to thank you all for your cooperation over the last two weeks. This pandemic is not over, and we maintain a state of preventative care in the building and continue with measures outlined on our COVID-19 page.
