With the newest guidance issued by the Leadership of the Kingdom of Bahrain, we are pleased to inform you that we are relaxing our visitor policy in line with their recommendations. We will be once again permitting your visitors to enter the Tower by obtaining a visitor pass at reception, as usual, effective 7pm Thursday 9th April 2020. To maintain social distancing, we will be continuing with the policy set out on 18th March 2020 (see below): 1. No food delivery personnel (incl. Tower Mall Retail Units) will be granted an access card to the Tower. The food delivery person will be asked to call you to come down and collect it. 2. No courier services will be granted an access card to the Tower. You must also come down to receive packages/letters. 3. All personnel (staff and visitors) entering the main Tower reception will be tested for with a contactless thermometer. I want to thank you all for your cooperation over the last two weeks. This pandemic is not over, and we maintain a state of preventative care in the building and continue with measures outlined on our COVID-19 page.
